Cancellations and Refunds キャンセル
Cancellation fees and refunds are calculated based on the date of cancellation as follows:

4–6 days before the rental date50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
2–3 days before the rental date20% of the rental fee will be refunded.
1 day before or on the rental dateNo refund. The reservation will be treated as fully used.
No-show without noticeNo refund. The reservation will be treated as fully used.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on the credit card company or payment provider.
キャンセル時期 返金・キャンセル料
利用日の7日前まで キャンセル料なし
利用日の4～6日前 レンタル料金の50％を返金
利用日の2～3日前 レンタル料金の20％を返金
利用日の1日前～当日、または 無断キャンセルは、レンタル利用完了扱いとし、レンタ ル料金は返金できません。
Changes to Reservations 予約内容の変更
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your rental date, time, vehicle, pick-up location, or drop-off location.
Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.
利用日時、車両、配車場所、返却場所等の変更をご希望の場合は、速やかに当社までご連絡ください。
車両の予約状況等により変更を承れない場合、または追加料金が発生する場合があります。
